英文電郵問題(+10)

雖然不是正規，但他說這樣寫只是用了文書編號法來寫，有點怪的。
有些公司的文件編號會按部門主管和秘書的initiail/名字縮寫，例如你部問是accounting: ACC/L1234/Danny/s, L=Letter, 或i=invoice等s便是老闆秘書的代號。但用在回覆客戶的e-mail則實在奇怪。
最好是用

最好有埋你老闆的title.

2. Danny/ S

- 其實咁只係 internally 識別邊個幫您老細出呢封 e-mail, 對方可能以為係 Danny 嘅其他 initials (尤其外籍人士)。

- 咁打通常係一d reference, 唔係 formal 打法, 不過您老細叫您點打咪點打囉

- formal d 會打 (如果係比客戶, 最好打埋 surname 禮貌d)

通常打信都有這樣寫，那是易於析別哪人出信的。

唔想用"send" :
"sent" = by courier or by post
"deliver" = by courier or by hand
"post / mail" = by posting

看你用甚麼方法送出文件.
