The dog is third person singular,so “has” should be used.

2. Are some silly questions being asked by the students?
You have to state the students. If you skip it, it may be the reporters or...

3. Was your homework finished this morning?
This is past simple tense. The passive voice should be in past tense.
Skip “by you” since you mention YOUR homework.

4. Will the cake be eaten by Mary and Susan?

5. A green shirt is being shown to him by the salesgirl.

6. A watch was given to her by her parents on her birthday.

7. A parcel had been sent to us by the children.

8. An ice-cream was given to each child by Peter.
Each child was given an ice-cream by Peter.
