Do the following steps in this order:

1. Run your anti-virus program to rid all possible viruses.
2. Reboot PC. Insert your Windows CD at desktop while holding the Shift key to stop autorun.
3. Click Start then Run then type sfc /scannow and enter. Leave a space between c and /.
4. Windows CD will scan through all system files in your PC and repair any corrupted ones.
5. Might take around one hour to finish. Reboot when done.

Causes:

(1) Your bootini file is unstable or corrupted. If problem persists, run chkdsk C: in step 3 again to inspect/repair your hard disk. Hope these will correct the problem for you.
(2) Check your RAM's. Pull them our and clean the slots plus contact points. Clear all dust on all parts inside your tower. If problem persists, need more RAM's.
