If I were the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, I will change the air pollution problem of the Victoria Harbor. Although Hong Kong is named the Pearl of the East, serious air pollution damages the original beautiful sea view. Also, the Victoria Harbor is a very popular spot and If pollution problems keep remaining unsolved, the tourists count may decrease and our economy will further go worse. Besides, air pollution produces different diseases, and we may have to deal with it by expensive medical expenditure. Thus, solving air pollution should be the major concern, if I were the Chief Executive of Hong Kong.
