how can i get him to talk to me?

ive had the biggest crush on this guy in grade 10 and first semester grade 11.. but he NEVER noticed me.. i guess i was too ugly or something..
now i started paying more attention to myself and i am very confident in myself and i am confident that i am beautiful but i am still a bit shy...
anyways lately hes been staring at me ALOT! like alot! and hes been around everywhere i go.. ive never talked to him before but he keeps looking at me... what should i do???
