我寄左張支票比稅局交稅, 支票寫$15000, 但原來我發現我只係需要交$10000稅, 咁既情況下稅局會點處理?
1. 佢會因為我個金額不符而不接受, 然後寄番張票比我, 等我再寄多次正確金額既支票?

2. 佢會先接受我張票, 收左我$15000先, 然後用另一形式退番$5000比我? 係的話用咩形式? 開番張$5000支票俾我? 我可唔可以叫佢唔好寄, 我親自上稅局拎番張$5000支票? (因為我收信果度唔方面, 我唔想佢寄番來有咩閃失...)

公務員點會逐張支票同你對銀碼咁好,總之收到支票就照入,有錯你閣下既事.不過據我經驗,佢地要係你寄出支票後一個月左右才會入票.(佢地話工作忙.信乎?)收多左錢,你唔主動出聲要求退回,D錢就會留番响你個稅務檔案戶口,下次要交稅就先扣番個筆錢,到唔夠扣就叫你交尾數.
你可以打電話叫佢退回交多左既錢,佢地會寄番支票俾你.你唔詐型就等8星期,詐型就可以2星期內收到票.睇你等唔等住用個5千元而決定要唔要詐型.

Inland Revenue Department will deposit the cheque first. After confirming with the bank, the cheque is honoured. They will check whether you have any outstanding tax and overdue. If it is overdue, they will use the excess to set off the overdue tax.
