有壹題化學題目是這樣的
Vinegar is a solution of acetic acid, CH3COOH, dissolved in water. A 5.54g sample of vinegar was neutralized by 30.10mL of 0.1000M NaOH. What is the percent by weight of acetic acid in the vinegar?

大致上我猜大概是用酸鹼平衡下去算,
但因為我對這章節不是很熟悉,能否有人有完整的算法喊說明呢?

The reaction between NaOH and CH3COOH in the vinegar.
CH3COOH + NaOH → CH3COONa + H2O
Mole ratio CH3COOH : NaOH = 1 : 1

No. of moles of NaOH = MV = 0.1 x (30.1/1000) = 0.00301 mol
No. of moles of CH3COOH = 0.00301 mol
Molar weight of CH3COOH = 12x2 + 1x4 + 16x2 = 60 g/mol
Weight of CH3COOH = 0.00301 x 60 = 0.1806 g

% by weight of CH3COOH = (0.1806/5.54) x 100% = 3.26%
