請問 Does he sing loudly? 同 Was he singing loudly? 有咩分別?

Does he sing loudly? (ask in simple present tense)
Was he singing loudly? (ask in past continuous tense)
Did he sing loudly? (ask in simple past tense)

Simple past = use 'did' to ask
Past continuous = use 'was' to ask

Does he sing loudly? Yes, he does = present tense


Was he singing loudly? Yes he was singing loudly (yesterday/ last week) = past continuous tense

Did he sing loudly ? Yes, he did or yes he sang loudly.
= simple past tense.
