Dear helpdesk, Recently, I have changed my YYY plan to XXX plan, and you send me the password of system after finished. However I don't know my account ID. Before I changed the plan, YYY bundle with BBB and AAA in system.

最近，我更改了我的YYY的計畫到XXX計畫，更改完畢之後你們只寄給我系統密碼。不過我不知道我的帳號ID。在更改計畫之前，YYY是跟BBB和AAA一起。

Dear helpdesk sirs, Recently, I have had changed my YYY plan to XXX plan, but after completing the plan changing, and you just sent me the password of the system without ID,after finished. However, I don't know my original account ID, . Before I changed the plan, (YYY is was bundled with BBB and AAA in system before), would you please offer me that ID again, Thanks for your help!Sincerely,XXX
