14.8 = 1/(1.5)(4.5^3) * 1/V^2 * 1/(1/V)(1/V^3)
14.8*1.5*4.5^3 = V^4/V^2 = V^2
so V = sqrt (14.8*1.5*4.5^3) = 45.0 (3 sig fig)
