應是這樣解釋: 在這世上 (我需要完全去擁有的) 是你.
in this world. = adv phrase.
to have all that I need = subject.
is = vi.
you = complement. ( 不完全不及物動詞is不需object.只要修飾.)

The agreement of this sentence is wrong. It should be corrected into the following:
'You are to have all that I need in this world.'
'You are to have all that I need in this world.'

You are to have all that I need in this world.
是不是想指：
You are all that I need in this world.
哪張卡是情人節卡？

有時d卡係中國出產, 可能英文不太好
