Most Uni.s in Australia & HK requires at least an A'level C for English/General Paper before you can even get into the Uni..
For Medical programs, I am now searching for Undergraduate Programes online, I am planning to do Medicine & Surgery(MMBS). but after searching for a while, I understand that if you have chosen to study in Science course in O' or A' level, you better get top scores, because they only take in AAA students. Even if you get AAA, you still need to fight for a place. Many Uni.s' intake for Medical students are VERY limited. One of them only take 30 students. If the world has so many AAA students, it is nearly impossoble fto fight for a place if you cannot get high scores.
I think the reason is that, MMBS is 6 or 7 years studies. If the UNi. takein weak students, by the time they reach yr 2 or 3, I think all of them will be kicked out, because the course is VERY demanding. I f their intake is 30 places, then maybe in yr 6, there might still be 15 ppl still surviving.

你都睇到你睇醫生果陣,佢地打report全部都係用eng打。
何況,呢d都係西方的知識,如果我讀,我就會用eng。(其實我都有個意念想修bio,但係又想讀phy.)
