Maybe I can ask to ban his or her ip?

Scene you put the photos on the internet, it makes them public. People can do what they wish with them. Download and save them. Or whatever. It becomes a law matter when they do steal your identity and start slandering you. But you have to figure, there are 2 million facebook users. Facebook administration cant handle multiple situations like this because they happen several hundreds of times a day. Best bet is to just hope He/She gets bored with it and just gives up. Sorry to say but there isn't much you can do about this or expect many results.

The image is yours and you can ask Facebook to have it taken down from the other pages. Images on the internet are not public property unless specifically stated.

report her profile photo, upload your government-issued ID (your ID copy) to facebook staff, to remove anyone that use your photos

to remove your own photos that others used, give facebook ID copy, prove that it's you, or else, they would not show you anything.

to remove stolen photos ppl steal yours, your ID copy is the only thing facebook staff would remove others' [your photo]

the loser can only use your photo, they can never get the same URL name as yours. if your friends think that it's you, tell them what is the URL on facebook.

ask the person to take it down if they dont report them to facebook and they will take care of it and get it removed

ask your friends to report it

more people request is better

only you for reporting would be not enough

Something you upload to a public space can't be stolen from you, it's not intellectual property.

If you lose your job because of it, then it's Libel, until then no one in the real world cares. Have any proof of damages?
參考: If anything it belongs to Facebook, not you. Report it though, that is within your rights. Making fun of you is not a crime.
