可脫色的筆是否會對支票開出造成影響

爲保障銀行及客戶利益,銀行是不接受以可擦或脫色墨水所簽發的支票.一經發現,該支票會予以作廢.

Bank will normally honoured a cheque if this is clearly written and duly signed by the drawer upon its presentation. Bank will normally scan it as a electronic record. It is the duty and oligation of the drawer to use a proper writing pen to prevent any alterations, errors or even forgery.

It is the internal control of the company. If the cheque is altered after signing without your knowledge, this is a criminal offence. You can take legal action against your staff for this criminal act.

Moreover, for big amount, you can phone up your bank or even doing a web-search later when the cheque is being honoured. And, of course, you can check it to your monthly bank statement.
