Our propose solution as below: Setup installed webcam desktop in Conference Room Installed Skype Conference Phone " IPEVO XING" for make conference call in skype. Desktop login to "Webex" web conference services.After well prepared in HK office. Overseas office staff will join to web conference for view powerpoint and HK webcam. Confiemd all join the web conference, i will using skype conference phone call overseas office staff. I will setup demo with this solution at xxx Jan, 2011. If no problem. i will contact "webex " in HK try extend the free trail test account to 2 more week that cover our kick-off meeting date.

Our recommended solutions are as follows:- Install webcam desktop in conference room.
- Install Skype internet conference phone "IPEVO XING" to make conference calls in Skype.
- Install "Webex" web conference services on desktop.
After such installations, oversea office staff will be able to join our web conference to view power point presentations and see us through webcam. And we will be able to call them using Skype conference call services.
I will set up a demonstration on xxx Jan, 2011. If all goes well, I will contact Webex in Hong Kong to have our free trial extended for two more weeks, in time for our kick-off meeting.
