I am a Canadian born Hong Kong Permanent Citizen and am studying in the United States now. I want to work in the States after I graduate from college, or even stay in the States.
My questions are:
Is it possible for me to get a Green Card?
What are the procedures to get one?
If I am not eligible, what do I have to do in order to become eligible to apply for a green card?

以專業人士身份申請綠卡，不過要返回加拿大申請，很多加拿大人，包括華人，都是這樣做的。因加拿大出生人士移民美國人數超過指標，加拿大不在美國綠卡抽籤（以出生地為準）國家/地區名單之內。

1. find a job in State and make sure the boss love you so much, then your boss can keep you stay in USA for 2 years, while you can apply the green card if you qulifiy.

do u have relatives who can sponsor u in the U.S? they can also apply it while u stay in the U.S. one of my classmate in college also came from canada. she said she has an uncle apply green card for her.
otherwise, is either marry to citizen or ask your employer to apply for u .
