想問如果請了一個新既家庭傭工(印傭)，但不滿意想辭退佢，到職7日內是否可以即時辭退而不需補錢﹖另外如過了7日但未滿一個月，是否需7日通知期或代通知金﹖這些法例是否等同香港勞工法例﹖

You need to pay 7 days + 1 day notice = 8 day salary

另外如過了7日但未滿一個月，是否需7日通知期或代通知金﹖
1 day notice within 1 month
7 day notice after 1-3 months
1 month notice after 3 months probation

這些法例是否等同香港勞工法例 - yes

But according to the terms, other than salary, you need to pay for 1 x 1 way ticket for your maid. It is a MUST.
