踢波 體能問題

我基本上淨系踢足球,唔玩其他運動。

其實我技術ok,但體能系我最差既地方。。

我一向都打開前鋒,但因為比人话我唔跑得 而走左去打後衛。。

但我好想繼續打前,但每次打前我又跑唔(肉)。。所以成日都踢得好差。。

我想问我如果系屋企練原地跑得唔得? 同真跑有无分別?

you should do 1 set of push up and sit up per day.30 hits for 1 set
you should have long distance run
it is better that you keep pratising every day
don't give up
when you feel tired when you are playing football, try to concentrate on the match, just run and don't give up
add oil
