play soccer and my physical problem?

I only play soccer basically , i don't play any other sport.

My skills are actually fine, but the worst part is my physical strength (stamina).

I used to play forward, but because some guys said that i can't run so i am forced to play defense...

But i really want to continue playing forward, but my physical stamina is so weak, that's why i suck every time i play... i really believe i can do it, because most of my friends that i played with they told me the same thing, my skills are actually not bad but the problem is my stamina is kind of weak..

And now the question is should i run for at least 30 minutes everyday? Or any other methods to improve my physical stamina. Thank you

Walk, jog , run, sprint, jog, walk cycle for 45 minutes or so (r as much as you can, but slowly more and more)

I cannot be 100% sure. The best advice I can give you is Try to play basketball, at least one 30min game, following all the rules It helps you improve the discipline
