Pronounciation question, please help?

I often pronounce "what about" as "whad about"
and "want a car" as "wand a car", so without aspring the T sound, but using the D sound instead.
Is it just me? or some other native speakers too? Thanks.

The soft "t" so as to sound like a "d" is common for many Native American speakers. This is how American English sounds to others who don't speak American English. If it were British, then you would be stressing on the "t" specifically.

That's normal, lazy English speaking. You sound bogan doing it, but meh. I do it all the time when I'm with friends, but try to enunciate better when I'm at work or doing something else important.
