For the Non-elderly Households who Eligible for 50% rent reduction,the household income is below 50% of the Waiting List Income Limit (WLIL); or the rent-to-income ratio (RIR) exceeds 25%; or the household income is between 50% and 70% of the Waiting List Income Limit and the rent-to-income ratio exceeds 15%. On the other way, For the Non-elderly Households who Eligible for granting 25% rent reduction,the household income falls below 70% but not lower than 50% of the Waiting List Income Limit; or rent-to-income ratio exceeds 18.5% but not exceeding 25%.These are the non-elderly housing applying for granting 25% and 50% rent reduction.

對於非長者住戶的50％合資格誰減租， 家庭收入低於 50％的公屋輪候冊入息限額（息介乎限額）;或
租金與收入比率（指數）超過 25％;或
家庭收入為 50％和70％的公屋輪候冊入息限額及租金與入息比例超過 15％。
在另一種方式，對於非合資格長者住戶誰給予減租25％，
家庭收入低於 70％，但不低於 50％的公屋輪候冊入息限額，或租金與入息比例超過 18.5％，但不超過 25％。
這些都是非長者住屋申請給予 25％和50％的租金減少。

為非長者住戶減租符合資格的 50%的人，家庭收入低於 50%的公屋收入限制 （WLIL） ；或者 （RIR） 的租金與入息比例超過 25%；或介於 50%和 70%的公屋入息限額的家庭收入和租金與入息比例超過 15%。另一方面方式，那些符合資格的授予 25%減租的非長者家庭的家庭收入低於 70%但不是低於 50%的公屋入息限額 ；或租金與入息比例超過 18.5%但不是超逾 25%。這些都是申請給予租金減少 25%和 50%的非長者住屋。
