My Autobiography My name is Lei Chai-chen. I am 24 years old and I graduated from the National University of Tainan. I came from a cheerful middle class family. I have a younger sister. My father is an operator and my mother is a homemaker(homemaker是什麼？家庭主婦嗎？如果是的話要用housewife). Throughout my life, they had given me a lot of encouragement and support. I was taught to be independent since I was little. During my studies at school, I have joined the Tzu Chi Collegiate Association and participated in many activities. I enjoyed getting involved in varieties of school activities. These activities not only helped me made friends, but also gained helped me gain new valuable experiences. I learned a lot about the spirit of Tzu Chi and the best attitude to face difficulties.My favorite past time hobby is reading. It not only provides me with useful information, but also gives me pleasure. By reading, I am able to place myself in another world where I can travel to any period of time, visit any place, and forget about my worries(parallel structure). I enjoyed reading different kinds of books. Such as adventure stories, traveling books, and articles in magazines. To tell the truth, reading brings me joys and adds more flavors to my tiring and dull school life.

I have been playing the violin since I was five. My teachers had taught me many techniques. Therefore, I would like to major in music and be a musician in the future. In my opinion, being a violinist requires much practice because there are many good teachers.(我不懂你這句話在表達什麼？有很多好老師？)
