Obviously OQ=15 cm. The key point is to find the radius of the circle (OA or OB). Notice that OB is prependicular to PQ and consider the area of triangle OPQ, we have OP*OQ=PQ*OB=>20*15=25OB=>OB=12

So AP=20-12=8 cm
