Wolf's Rain is an exelent one, Samurai Champloo, and Scryed. They're good and have alot of action and humor.

Well some of those are ongoingg so keep watching them. But honestly i like naruto. I don't know if you're the kinda person who likes it but i would reccomend it if you haven't watched it yet.

Soul Eater is a really good anime and I have watched Gunslinger Girl which is also a fantastic anime :D
