He will stay with texas or go to Yankees. here is my list of reasons he will be a Yankee

1. he will most likely make the most money
2. he wants a WS ring and Yankees are his best bet having lost with rangers and Phillie's
3.CC Sabathia is a very close freind of his. its always good thing if your feinds with a player on a diff team.

I think he stays with Texas or goes to the Yanks. The Sox need offense and should go after Werth or Crawford. Pitching staff is fine.

doubt it. too expensive to sign lee. red sox rather spend the money on a hitter.

No, they don't have that much interest in Lee- at least according to the media. They've done their due diligence and contacted him, but there's no serious offer for him. They might pull off a trade for a younger starter if they can dump Dice-K (Greinke maybe? That would be nice).
They have other priorities- Beltre or a replacement, an outfielder, a couple of pieces for the bullpen, another catcher (either re-sign Varitek as a backup, or go after someone else in a trade). I would say they might dangle Scutaro and go after a shortstop, but they have a really promising prospect in the minors who will probably be ready in 2012, so they don't want to sign one long term for that spot.

No, wait until the third week of December that he will sign different team first.

Cliff Lee will not go the Red Sox because the Yankees are pursuing him and are offering him more money than the Sox will. However, the Red Sox may get Carl Crawford if they can beat out Texas and the Angels.

No,they already have an excellent pitching staff.

No. He will not be a Red Sock.

All indications are that Texas and New York are the only teams that have seriously pursued Lee. I thought the Mets would be interested, but they have said they won't go after him. The other big market clubs - San Francisco, the Cubs, the Dodgers - all appear uninterested as well.

The latest news I heard is that the Yankees are prepared to offer him a 6 year, $140 million contract. It seems doubtful that the Rangers can match that.

I'd say there's an 80% chance that he'll be a Yankee, a 15% chance he'll be a Ranger, and a 5% chance he'll go anywhere else.
