Extrusion is a process used to create objects of a fixed cross-sectionalprofile.A material is pushed or drawn through a dieof the desired cross-section. The two main advantages of this process over other manufacturing processes are its ability to create very complex cross-sections and work materials that are brittle, because the material only encounters compressiveand shearstresses. It also forms finished parts with an excellent surface finish.Extrusion may be continuous (theoretically producing indefinitely long material) or semi-continuous (producing many pieces). The extrusion process can be done with the material hot or cold.Commonly extruded materials include metals , polymers, ceramics, concreteand foodstuffs.Aluminiumis the most commonly extruded material. Aluminium can be hot or cold extruded. If it is hot extruded it is heated to 575 to 1100 °F (300 to 600 °C). Examples of products include profilesfor tracks, frames, rails , mullions, and heat sinks

Raw materials : surfactants(solid & liquid) , inorganic alkaline builders(sodium metasilcate , sodium carbonate & etc) , thickener , solvents( ether glycols) , perfume & dye .
Manufacturing process : According to the presetted formulation , you measure the ingradients in weights accordingly , you add two third of water in the blending tank , you add powder materials to the tank & turn on the blender to mix thoroughly until the ingradients all soluble in the water . You add in the solvent & surfactants & mix well . Finally you add the thickener , perfume & dye too . You need to mix the solution well to form a homogenerous thick detergent liquid . Use the reminding water to rinse well all the material containers .
The manufacturing processes are measuring each material , adding in the right steps & mixing well using right speed . Sometime you may mix the thickener first before you add any other alkaline builder if it is pH sensitive .
