即係例如 one out of four 呢個係咪又係解幾分之幾?

XXX out of XX 唔係百分比說法例如 9 out of 10 are black = 10個有9個 是 黑色
3 quarters = 3/4 =4分3 . 係百分比同幾分幾說法.
one thirth = 1/3 = 3分1
