you could vaporize known mass liquid at temperature much higher than the b.p., measure its volume and back-calculate its no. of mole present by ideal gas law. divide mass by no. of mole gives the molar mass of analyte. high temperature is preferred as inter-molecular attraction is relatively weaker than the motion of molecules.
however, there's possibility that the compound decomposes at such a high temperature. in this case, i'd suggest you to obtain a mass spectrum of this compound using mass spectrometer. you can get information about the molecular mass as well as some structural information of the molecule.
