I had been working in AA Ltd from 19xx to 19xx, BB Ltd from 19xx to 20xx and CC Ltd from 20xx to 20xx. From which I build up my interpersonal silks and good communications skills. I am good in written and spoken English, besides this I am also good in Putonghua, so I am very suitable to work in Mainland. On the other hand I have three years solid experience in the service industry, I am ability to work independent and under pressure. I assure that I will do my best to service the company if I gain the caption post.

該如何推薦，說法實在太多。而「我有信心，我將是出任這崗位的最佳人選」（at least是最佳人選之一）絕無不妥。也是sell，決定權自必在招聘者，不用為其愁也。
對於With the ability to work independently and under pressure, I am sure that I can take up the job這方向比較合理，我沒異議，也不置可否。
再remind：短短幾行，不要用太多“I am”。

My working experience is at xxxx Ltd , BBB Ltd and CCC ltd .I want to improved my communication skills and to work in a team environment.I have fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.Therefore, I can work in mainland China. I have 3 years of experience in service industryand I think i have a good communication skills and I am capable to work under pressure.So I believe I am sufficiently qualified to apply for the position.
