FALSE! People could look at me in the crowd and assume that I could pass for my early 20s but I'm only 17 but they check ID no matter what you look like. I remember specifically before I got my ID that stores like Target, Walmart, Gamestop, etc will not sell me games rated M unless you show them your ID. I'm not sure if they do that with T. So if you got kids with a allowences to spend no need to worry.

Both True and False. For example, if you're going to a place let's say GameStop for the first time to get an M Rated game, then yes you're going to need an ID card. After going to the same GameStop weekly and/or monthly for your gaming needs a few times in a row and if the employees there recognize and find you to be a regular customer at their store then there is no need to have an ID card present anymore since they already know you're 18 or over. Basically if you shop for M Rated games not so often, probably like once every 3 months or so, then you're going to need an ID card. But if you're a somewhat weekly or bi-weekly customer then you won't need an ID card since they know you a bit.

depends on the place sometimes places ask you and sometimes they dont it usually depends on who ever is at the cash register

Generally False unless you look like an old person. They really won't ask for your I.D. if you look like you're 50 years old. Other than that, they'll ask for your I.D. to buy an M-Rated game. But if you're a kid, they won't ask you for one if you're buying an E or T rated game.

True. Most cashiers don't care.

Although some stores look for a parent with T. Also, some stores look for a parent for M.

I bought an M game at 16 and I looked 12 and they didn't care.
I bought a T game at 14 but looked 10ish lol they and gave my mom an "is this okay?" look.

So it all depends on the cashier.

It DOES depend on the location, for example, I bought The Orange Box Retail for the PC (rated T-M) at Target and the clerk didn't bother carding me and I was 16.
