Definitely not.
To me, success means happiness.
Everyone has a different view on what happiness is.
I would view my life as successful if I get through college and then grad school, have a family and raise children, and make enough money to live comfortably. I don't want to have to worry how I'll pay my bills or how we'll manage to eat or whether or not we will have a place to live, but I don't have to be rich to be happy and successful.

Success to me doesn't mean a million dollars - it means a lot of other things like

having reared a family who are now grown up and can now take care of themselves
enjoying the job I do, so it is never a chore
earning enough to pay for my needs, with enough over to share some
knowing my house is paid off in full, so I never have to worry about having a roof over my head
being contented with what I have

Pfft not even lol :P (though some people may consider it like that, but they obviously dont like the idea of working to get the money, unless you are a millionare who became that way due to hard work and pure determination)
No success to me would be working hard to accomplish something through your dreams and/or goals and finally "succeeding" in accomplishing the task. It could be anything from something you want to do or become for a career or job, a promotion at your work/ occupation, a given assignment/ task from school, work or a parent/ guardian/ relative/ friend. Basically its anything you set your mind to start and finish.
