因病而未能測驗的解釋信, 但無看醫生

Dear Sir \ Madam,Re: The Reason For Not Taking Part in the TestI am sorry to inform you that yesterday morning when I woke up, I felt dizzy.
So my mother did not allow me to go to school because she was worried about my safety. She advised me having a rest at home in that morning, so I missed the test. After taking a short rest, I became better and recovered. I did not think I had to see my doctor because I do not want to waste my mother any money.
