plz help me to solve this question, thanks!

Suppose that aeroplane engines operate independently and fail with probability equal to 0.4. Assuning that a plane mnakes a safe flight if at least one-half of its engines run, determine whether a 4-engine plane or a 2-engine plane has the higher probability for a successful flight.

4-engine plane

3 engines failed = 0.4 * 0.4 * 0.4 *0.6 * 4 = 0.1536 => (why * 4, nCr = 3C4 = 4)
4 engines failed = 0.4 * 0.4 * 0.4 * 0.4 = 0.0256
Prob = 1 - 0.1536 - 0.0256 = 0.8208

2-engine plane
All failed = 0.4*0.4=0.16
Prob = 1 - 0.16 = 0.84

2-engine plane higher successful rate
