同一對夫妻係香港註冊結婚可否再去美國註冊結婚?

你可以在全世界任何地方再註冊登記結婚; 祗要你:

1) 所有註冊登記人士是同一配偶 (同一老公/或同一老婆).
2) 如實申報你已在某某地方曾註冊, 並出示所有証明 (如有) .

這是美國和一般一夫一妻法律國家要求. 絕對不是重婚 .

如某些國家容許一夫多妻, (中東回教,西南亞佛教)或一妻多夫國家(巴基斯坦/印度, 蒙古), 則更不查問.

你們曾經離過婚咩，如果唔係就無這個必要！

if you two just want to have some " fun ". you can tell the chaple manager first, then they will only go throught the ceramony steps without issue you the certificate.
