Ans. Total Conversion Costs = Direct Labor + Direct Materials + Manufacturing Overhead Let X = Conversion Cost$34,000 + $23,000+0.4X=X0.6X = $57,000X= $57,000 / 0.6 = $95,000Direct Labor Cost = $95,000 x 40% = 38,000
