Is there any iphone app to send FREE SMS to ANY number?

(Not only Iphone to Iphone e.g. Whatsapp)

there's no such application, the mechanism of sms service used telecom network resources and its not free.

you should know SMS is providing by operator, there is NO such app that can break this business.
