open VB program without .net框架

Can I open Visual Basic program without .net framework

I write the program by using visual studio ( VB language)

I need to this program in school but the computer in my school has no .net framework ( or maybe in earilier edition)

what can i do if I have no right to install .net framework for those computer?

For example, save a virtual machine in the USB and open the program via the USB.
