I always see people using "The Damage" to indicate the price, is there any special meaning? Is "damage" mean "discount / attractive offer"?

Below is an example:
When: 18 November 2010(Thur) - 7pm
Where: The Backyard - Langham Place Hotel
What: Enjoy 5 serious RED wines from Domaine de la Madone, included the Party Star - "Beaujolais Noveau"
~~Plus~~
Yummy Canape in RED
The Damage: $340+10% /person
