The said cargo has been entrusted to your carrier by our company for shipment from Beijing to a client in Bangaldesh on 25 Oct 2010. But it has been learned from the client side by 8 November 2010 that the cargo was sent to India by mistake. Through our forwarding agency, we have been demanding you to address the issue but you have failed to provide a reply as to what should be done. This has caused enormous difficulties and business loss to our company and our client.
Your slow response has caused the client to lose the confidence in a resolution of the matter on your side. Our company has decided to resend the cargo to the client by express. 3. RMB3577.4 for express delivery charged by DHL
