You can't since it's owned by Nintendo so it can't be cross-developed for any other company; in your situation, that's Sony.
You can also buy a Gameboy since it has a wide array of pokemon games and can be bought now for a pretty decent price but buying the actual game can be a more bit expensive ranging from $10-$20. You could also purchase a DSi or DS if you wanted to play Diamond, Pearl, etc.
There's also emulators you could use too.
