3-Phase 4-Wire system

I have two question,it is about the 3-Phase 4-Wire system.
who can help me??thanks..
1.For the Star-connected balanced load,comment whether the neutral line is necesarry for this system

2.For a power supply system, explain the importance of providing an adequate cable rating for neutral connection

1.For the Star-connected balanced load,comment whether the neutral line is necesarry for this system

any star connection with single phase load, the neutral wire is conpulsory need, if three phase load i.e motor or transformer etc.
the neutral wire can not connect but must connect to earth electrode

2.For a power supply system, explain the importance of providing an adequate cable rating for neutral connection

if no neutral wire and use single load, the end side voltage will unstable (float)
