When I placed my order it says it will be shipped before Oct 16th, and then you said the latest delivered is Nov 12th. Now you're telling me end of Nov!! How can I trust you? The excuse you keep giving me was the product is back-ordered, this time is the same. I don't want to wait anymore, I want a full refund!
