4x² + 4x + 4y² - 16y = 0x² + x + y² - 4y = 0
(x² + x + ¼) + (y² - 4y + 4) = ¼ + 4
(x + ½)² + (y - 2)² = 17/4
Centre = (-½, 2), radius = √17 / 2
