The question asks the phase difference of the capacitor and resistor.

Is the phase difference of the capacitor is the angle between the voltage of capacitor and the current? Or the angle between the voltage of capacitor and the applied voltage?Or other angles?

I think this should be specified in your question.

If you are talking about a capacitor and a resistor connected in series, since the current passing through them are the same, the phase difference may refer to the difference in phase between the voltages across the two components.
