英文的標點符號

上面兩點" " quotation marks are usually used in speaking.

Tom says " he is coming to see us this coming Sunday".
Mary says " she will buy the red dress with the hat"

上面一點 ' ' = inverted commas are used in emphasing something

2. Course ' XXX Training ' by Company= correct

"xxx"一般是對話，即中文的「xxx」
或者一些引用他人的名句或名詞。
英文叫quotation marks.

'yyy'一般是在"xxx"內再有一些引述或對話來用，又或者一些字你想'突出'它不常用的意思或你想對方留意時便用。
"xxxsaid,'yyy.'"
This is 'not' ok.
