We can say, "The meeting has been brought forward from 10 May to 3 May." If the meeting date has been changed from 3 May to 10 May, then what's the usual phrase for that?

The meeting has been preponed from May 10 to May 3.
The meeting has been postponed from May 3 to May 10.


Modern English:

The meeting has been changed from May 10 to May 3.
The meeting has been changed from May 3 to May 10.

The May 10 meeting has been rescheduled for May 3.
The May 3 meeting has been rescheduled for May 10.

The meeting has been pushed back from May 3 to May 10.
The meeting has been postponed from May 3 to May 10.
The May 3 meeting has been postponed until May 10.
