EXCEL 數文字出現的次數之公式

如果資料位於A欄
在B1儲存格輸入=COUNTIF(B:B,B1),再向下拉

計算出現1次會顯示為1,
2次會顯示為2,如此類推

用 PIVOTTABLE

1. 先 COUNT 出有幾多個 項目，可以參巧以下網頁︰

2. 然後做排序，找出那一個出現次數最多，可以參巧以下網頁︰

可以用 Pivot Table 功能, 但您選嘅範圍一定要有 header
例如, 您打人名果個 column 叫 [NAME]


1. Highlight 您要 list 嘅範圍
例如: A1 to A20

2. Click [INSERT] -> Pivot Table -> data range 就會自動顯示 -> default 個 table 响 new worksheet, 您亦可選其他位置

3. 將 [Field List] 入面嘅 [NAME] 拖入個 table 左面 (drop row fields here) 位置, 然後再拖一次去右面 (drop data items here) 位置

4. 咁就會將人名排好字母先後次序, 同 count 埋有幾多次
