A malware from the internet has modified your windows' registry to autorun this program similar to IE hijack. The easiest way is to roll back your PC to an earlier date before it came. Try this on XP (other versions similar) :
> Start > All programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
In system restore window, click Restore my computer to an earlier date.
Nex to click the nearest bold number in the calendar before today. Follow on screen instructions to finish and let computer reboot to find out. Because we don't know when the malware was loaded, you might have to go backwards on those bold numbers one by one until it disappears.
Another way is to delete the malware off the registry. However, this is very technical and risky operation because any mistake could bomb your PC.
Good luck.
