英文解釋問題 ~~~急急急~~~

請問是Operation Director 回美國5周, 還是recruitment 需要用5周的時間?

是去非洲recruitment(請人)需要用5週時間。
他回美國for a period是指一段短時間，沒有交代多長，一般一月內都會用這種寫法。如果是少過三星期通常會用a few weeks。有點像中文無三不成幾，所以三週內會用肯定的a few weeks，一個月至三個月之間會用a few months。但這句些相對的於下一個出差時段要5週而言，a period可能是少於5減1星期，所以我估計是表達在美國一個月左右，然後出發往非洲。

請問何解?
海外的隊伍將要分拆去監督兩項運作流程以達致使這新設施得以設立和運行。
