should i break up with him?

me and my boyfriend were together for 7 months
but things aren't working well lately. we just recently had a break for a week.
and i ended the break cause i was scared that out relationships would start to fade.
but things went worse, he always says he is so busy and ha can't even text "hi" to me.
Whenever i try to bring up a conversation, he only gives be cold and short responses.
he is trying to avoid me i think....
i think he has NO feelings for me anymore what so ever.
do you guys think so? what should i do?
I talked to him in person, he said "i changed a lot for you, why can't you change for me? you are giving me attitude lately and get so upset easily?"
should i wait for a bit and make things flow by itself or break up?
